America announced a grant of Rs 22 crore

 

 The US government, through its aid agency US Agency for International Development (USAID), has announced a grant of about 226 million rupees ($ 29 million) to India to help combat the corona virus epidemic.  US Ambassador to India Kenneth Juster said that this aid would further strengthen India's efforts to stop Covid-19.

Another person has been found corona positive in Mohali, Punjab.  He is the son of one of the two persons from Mohali who participated in the Tablighi Jamaat program in Delhi and was earlier found to be Corona positive.  He has been sent to the Xian Sea Isolation Center in Banur.  Special Chief Secretary of Punjab gave this information.
